Viventis partners with PredictiveHire, a recruitment game changer to build a future ready workforce

Manilla, Philippines- November 20, 2018: Asia’s leading human capital solutions company, Viventis, today announced it is introducing AI-based candidate screening for its clients via a partnership with PredictiveHire, which reduces shortlisting time by 95% while providing outstanding candidate experiences.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, PredictiveHire has delivered hundreds of thousands of candidate assessments for companies across AsiaPacific, the UK and America, including SuperDry, Fidelity, Australian Super and Employsure. It will now be offered to Viventis’ over 1,500 customers in Asia.

Data-driven candidate screening has been proven to increase fairness and speed in recruitment, as well as delivering better recruiting outcomes for both employer and employee. PredictiveHire’s candidate enjoyability  is 85%, while customers are seeing shortlisting time dramatically reduce while also shrinking the process from days to hours.
